Keto Burger Recipes

Composition of #Burgers #Recipes It is mostly just the bun and #sauces that add the extra carbs. And most of the time, the #bread doesn’t add much in the way of flavor anyway. It is more a vehicle to get the #patty and #toppings from your plate to your mouth.

Start to make delicious keto burgers; you need good quality ground beef. If you can afford it, use grass-fed beef or Kobe beef. If that is out of your price range, select the best ground beef your budget allows.

Skip the reduced-fat or lean versions of ground beef. Lamb is an excellent option for burger patties, as it is flavorful and high fat. Chicken can also be used if you prefer.
Once you’ve got your meat, then the next step is the seasoning. You can keep it simple – salt and pepper – or go as exotic as your tastes allow.

While you can certainly eat your burger just as is, it generally will not have enough vegetables to make it a healthy, nutrient-dense meal (with enough fiber).

Serve your keto burger with a hearty salad, or crunchy sauteed vegetables. Good vegetable options are broccoli, green beans, mushrooms, Brussels sprouts, onions, peppers, or other low-carb veggies.

1. Burgers & Gruyere Mushroom Sauce

It was super easy and tasty, but nothing fancy. This burgers & gruyere mushroom sauce recipe is a combination of that Recipe and my creamy chicken with spinach & mushrooms recipe. Both of which I knew my husband liked. This dish is effortless to make, and it’s an excellent way to dress up a hamburger. I also like it because it’s low carb, of course.

These might be my absolute favorite turkey burgers of all time!! The delicious jalapeño cheddar filling in these burgers keeps lean meat juicy and tender while adding tons of flavor! The burgers in the photo were made with turkey, but I have also done these with lean beef, and they were equally delicious! They can be broiled in the oven or cooked on the grill!
